Kitchen ONE in black cement in a design loft
This design loft, which was created from the union of two flats, is located in Italy, in the province of Varese, on the top floor of a newly built residential complex.
The young couple owners of the residence, Rossana and Mattia, chose RiFRA's design, style and elegance for both the kitchen and the bathrooms.

KITCHEN
The kitchen appears in a solution of continuity with the living area, even if it is inserted in a very specific area dedicated to it.

The ONE kitchen has been created with an island that represents the heart of the kitchen, and an area of columns that provides additional storage. In this area you will also find the fridge, freezer, ovens and wine cellar.

The island of the ONE collection is shaped at 45° both on the doors, on the basement, on the sides and on the countertop. The plinth, which is only 6 centimetres high, is also shaped at 45°, and gives an idea of lightness to the composition.
In this specific layout the island is equipped with an antique oak wood snack countertop, which we produced following the sample of their floor. This snack countertop welcomes homeowners and their guests for aperitifs or quick lunches; under the countertop the kitchen has a storage unit.

On the other side of the island there are pull-out drawers, a dishwasher, and on the black ceramic countertop there is an induction hob with integrated extraction hood and an under-top steel sink.
The finishing of the island is in hand-spatulated Black Cement, which makes this kitchen unique.

The column area, created with the LINE collection, offers two types of finishes, lead matt lacquer and wood. The wood, also created to match the finish of the snack countertop.

BATHROOMS
The three bathrooms in the residence are furnished with RiFRA collections.
The main bathroom is furnished with the K.FLY collection, characterised by its 45° shaped doors and 30° shaped top. This creates an intentionally extra large groove, giving the composition a pleasant design and lightness to the composition in its totality.

The finish of the doors is the innovative textured metallic lacquer; the groove is pure matt white lacquered while the top and the semi-recessed sink (from the Suave collection) are in Solid Surface.

The secondary bathroom is from the K.LINE collection finished in matt lacquered rope colour, with the "new Ellisse" ceramic countertop sink.

The guest bathroom is instead embellished by the Smooth freestanding washbasin, in solid surface. The sink is hand-painted in a black cement finish, which matches the finish used to create the ONE kitchen island.
