ONE kitchen with black concrete island

We are in the province of Varese, where we at RiFRA have just finished the installation of this ONE kitchen characterized by a large handcrafted black spatula-finished island at the center of the room. The ONE island, with its 45-degree cuts, characterizes the home, giving it character and prestige.

The black ceramic top houses the sink, also made of the same material and integrated into the top, as well as the hob with a top-flush integrated hood, to avoid aesthetic disturbances such as a traditional ceiling hood.

The manual finishing of the black concrete gives uniqueness to the island, as each panel is finished by hand. The kitchen is completed with bases and columns from the LINE collection, a real evergreen of RiFRA, lacquered in pure opaque white.

The column area has been designed to provide storage and accommodation for appliances, such as the two ovens, refrigerator, and freezer. In the center of the column wall, an open niche has been created to facilitate the use of the kitchen in everyday life. The kitchen is then completed with a low part of furniture, also from the LINE collection, in pure white lacquer.

These are the impressions of our customer Filippo:

"RiFRA was presented to us by our architect, who was also your customer, so we saw the kitchen for the first time from him. We liked the ONE kitchen very much because of its shapes, the 45-degree cut, and the concrete finish, which we hadn't seen anywhere else, so we fell in love with this model and the kitchen design started from there."

"So we interacted with both our architect and your designer to define some options, different options were presented to us, and then we found the solution that was right for us. I have to say that when we started talking to you it was also post-covid period, so we also found it particularly good to have the first meetings remotely. I have to say that everything went well, and in fact, being quite busy, this helped us to move forward."

"Well, apart from the aesthetics, which is certainly successful and quite unique, we have not found a similar alternative anywhere else. But then I have to say that the relationship with the company was unique, being able to have a human relationship directly with those who make your kitchen definitely helped us in the choice and throughout the process."

We thank our customer for the trust placed in RiFRA.
