Villa Dune: a paradise in the heart of Poland

A spectacular design villa in the heart of Poland, with RiFRA kitchen from the FLY collection in natural stone and wood.

Dune. This is the common thread of this design villa located in Poland, as a series of artificial hollows guarantee privacy and discretion to the owners, an international couple who found in this villa, specially designed and built to meet their needs, the ideal living place.

The residence is developed entirely on one floor, where there is a strong imprint of contemporary Italian design, which through its most iconic pieces goes to furnish the rooms of the villa.

The architectural language of the residence is dominated by the windows that delimit the perimeter of the villa, and allow all rooms to receive natural light.

INTERIOR

The entrance of the residence is marked by a space that houses a contemporary artwork, while guests can store their clothes in a glass cube.

The residence is then developed in three macro-zones, the living area, the night zone and the wellness area.

The main area of the living area consists of the open space kitchen contiguous with the dining and living area.

KITCHEN

The kitchen Model FLY of RiFRA, is characterized by its top shaped at 30° and doors shaped at 45°, and in this configuration the kitchen is composed of an island completely covered in natural stone, and two column areas used as pantries, one consisting of base units, backlit shelves and columns, the other consists of closed columns that contain pantries, refrigerator, freezer and oven.

The finish of the columns is in Oak wood, and the wood paneling continues with a boiserie of the same material that reaches the entrance and hides behind a door a further pantry space closed to the view of guests.

NIGHT ZONE

The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet integrated and adjacent to the room.

Complete this wing of the residence the professional studio of the owners.

WELLNESS ZONE

A large space of the residence is dedicated to the wellness area, a fundamental element in the life of the resident couple.

The wellness area consists of an indoor swimming pool, a whirlpool area, a gym, a sauna and is adjacent to a living area reserved for this area of the house.

The exclusive living area for relaxing post-workout gives on the outdoor swimming pool in the private park of the villa and accessible during the summer months.

The villa also has some peculiarities, including two helipads (one on the roof) for takeoff and landings of helicopters, an athletic track outside, while always outside, guests are greeted by a Japanese garden.

During our visit for the photo shoot we had the opportunity to talk with the owner of the house, Mrs. Beata, who told us about the philosophy behind this project, her passion for Italian design, how she got to know RiFRA and what the experience of choosing and then installing the kitchen was like.

But the FLY kitchen by RiFRA is not only an object of design, it also performs at its best with all the functions of a contemporary kitchen.

In this video we discover with the owner of "Villa Dune" how to live and use a RiFRA kitchen every day:

Therefore, we would like to thank Mrs. Beata and Interior Designer Paweł Jurkiewicz Studio, for the trust they placed in RiFRA and for welcoming us to the terms of the work. It was a pleasure for us to contribute to the success of their project.
